1,100+ runners training with Paceboard

Say the workout.
It's on your watch.

Describe any session in plain English. Paceboard structures every rep and pace target, schedules it, and syncs it to your Garmin — then logs the run back when you're done.

How it works

One sentence in. A structured session on your wrist.

Two-way sync

It goes to the watch. The run comes back.

Connect Garmin once. Sessions land on your watch on the day they're scheduled, and finished runs sync back and match themselves to what you planned — no exporting, no re-typing, no spreadsheet.

  • Workouts push to Garmin Connect, scheduled on the right date
  • Completed runs match the planned session automatically
  • Planned vs. completed distance tracked for the whole week

One workout. Your whole crew.

Send any session as a link or a QR code. When a training partner opens it, every pace re-scales to their fitness — same workout, their targets. Nobody rebuilds anything.

  • One link works for any fitness level
  • Paces auto-scale to each runner's zones
  • Built for training groups, coaches, and run clubs

For the runner who already knows the plan.

Paceboard doesn't write your training. It removes the twenty minutes between having a session and running it.

You

Have the session

From a coach, a program, or your own head. Paceboard doesn't argue with it.

Paceboard

Structures it

Reps, paces, recoveries, and repeats resolved into a real workout in seconds.

Questions

Do I have to build workouts by hand?+

No. Type the session the way you'd say it — "2km warmup, 3×(1km threshold + 400m interval, 90s jog), 1km cooldown" — and Paceboard resolves every rep, pace target, and recovery. You can still edit any segment afterwards.

Can I send workouts to my Garmin?+

Yes. Connect Garmin once and workouts push straight to your watch, scheduled on the right day.

Do my completed runs come back into the app?+

Yes. Once Garmin is connected, finished runs sync back and match themselves to the session you planned, so your week shows planned versus completed without any manual logging.

Can I upload or import a training plan?+

There's no file import yet. But you can copy-paste a workout from a coach's email or a training doc and the parser handles it, one session at a time.

Is this another AI coach telling me what to run?+

Only if you want it to be. Paceboard's job is to take the session you already have and get it onto your watch correctly. Ask it for guidance and it'll answer, but it won't override your plan.

What does it cost?+

Free to start, with up to 5 saved workouts. Pro is $4.99 for unlimited workouts and priority support.
