Can I upload or import a training plan?+

No file import yet. But if you copy-paste a workout from a coach's email, a training doc, or anywhere, the plain-English parser handles it. You can also build sessions manually using the structured segment editor.

Can Paceboard create interval running workouts?+

Yes. Intervals, tempos, long runs, hill repeats, race-week sessions — any structured format works. You describe it, Paceboard builds it.

Can I send workouts to Garmin?+

Yes. Sync directly via Garmin Connect. The workout shows up on your watch ready to go.

Is this another AI coach?+

No. Paceboard doesn't tell you what to train. It takes the plan you already have — from a coach, a program, or your own head — and makes it easy to get that session onto your watch.
