Who it's for
For the runner who already knows the plan.
You follow a training program, work with a coach, or just know what you want to run — you already have the plan.
Type the workout once in plain English — "5×1km at threshold, 90 sec jog recovery" — and Paceboard builds the full structured session.
Sync to your Garmin or export a .TCX file. Show up to the track with the session already loaded on your watch.
FAQ
Can I upload or import a training plan?+
No file import yet. But if you copy-paste a workout from a coach's email, a training doc, or anywhere, the plain-English parser handles it. You can also build sessions manually using the structured segment editor.
Can Paceboard create interval running workouts?+
Yes. Intervals, tempos, long runs, hill repeats, race-week sessions — any structured format works. You describe it, Paceboard builds it.
Can I send workouts to Garmin?+
Yes. Sync directly via Garmin Connect. The workout shows up on your watch ready to go.
Is this another AI coach?+
No. Paceboard doesn't tell you what to train. It takes the plan you already have — from a coach, a program, or your own head — and makes it easy to get that session onto your watch.
Build the workout. Sync it. Run.
Paceboard for iOS gets your session onto your watch in a few taps, so you can spend less time setting up and more time moving.
